The design process is usually handled via telephone, email and Internet with feedback sessions at each step.

Our goal is for you to be absolutely delighted with your website and we strive to maintain that level of service throughout our relationship.
 Initially we will discuss the type of information you would like on your website and determine how to categorize that information, which will dictate the number of web pages you will need on your website. We will also discuss any preferences for your site layout and design (look and feel). It helps if you have examples of other websites that you love in order to get a feel for your preferred style.
 Once we have decided the informational categories for your site (pages), a Website Design Agreement will be sent which will outline the details of your website package and payment schedule (25% at time of signing, 75% upon completion).
 Based on our discussions and the content you send, a draft home page will be created and a link will be sent for you to view it. We will then discuss your feedback on preferences regarding the page and make changes accordingly.
l Once you have approved a home page design, a sub page design will be drafted for all subsequent pages. The sub pages will all have a similar appearance with unique features.
k After all pages are complete with design and content and have been approved by you, your website will be installed to your web space, final payment is due, and you enter your 6-month free maintenance period for minor changes.
